This proposed mine will disrupt groundwater flow, leading to dry wells and polluted streams that feed the Cannon River. This not only harms aquatic life but also threatens the water security of nearby communities and townships.

A large mining company has entered into a signed purchase agreement with a local resident on approximately 317 acres to create a 223 acre total quarry area in the middle of our township?!
